Pevco offers monthly training seminars at our Baltimore headquarters and Houston customer support office. The Basic three-day class provides an overview of pneumatic tube system operations, maintenance and repair and is recommended for staff tasked with system monitoring and general maintenance. The Advanced three-day class covers more complex diagnostic scenarios and is recommended for staff responsible for alarm resolution and system troubleshooting.

Pevco can also provide on-site user training for nurses, pharmacists and other medical personnel. We can run back-to-back training sessions, if necessary, to cover all shifts.

Training fees vary depending on a hospital’s particular contract. If additional training is needed, the cost for the basic class is $995 per person; travel and accommodations not included. Advanced classes are $1150 per person; travel and accommodations not included.

Pevco offers a per person discount for groups of two or more. Pevco can schedule additional customized classes to reflect a facility's specific needs for groups of four or more. Contact Pevco for pricing.
