Free 24/7 telephone support is available to all Pevco customers. Whether a nurse needs help with a secure send or a facility engineer encounters mechanical problems at night, we’re there to help. During business hours most callers are immediately connected to a factory-trained technician who can assist them. At peak times of day or after hours, customer calls are returned within the hour. Our technicians can connect to customers’ computer systems remotely, making it easy to troubleshoot problems and manipulate the software if necessary.
