Remote System Support
When the computer hardware hosting Pevco’s system control software is on a hospital’s network and Internet accessible, support is streamlined. Hospital facility technicians can access the tube system from other networked computers to view and manage faults. And, Pevco technicians can connect over the Internet to provide hospital facility professionals with direct troubleshooting support. Most pneumatic tube system faults can be managed and cleared by a Pevco technician through a remote connection.
