Flexible and Secure
Pevco Tracker™ provides administrators with the flexibility to choose which elements of a transaction need to be captured. Senders may choose to only scan the contents and the destination address. Or, when higher accountability is needed, every element can be scanned, recording the “who, what, when and where” of each transaction. For deliveries that require higher security, a secure-transaction option is available directly from the touch screen.  In a secure send, the incoming carrier will be held above the receiving station until the recipient scans their badge, ensuring that the critical item is received by the intended recipient.

Reduces Errors
With Pevco Tracker™, healthcare professionals have an easy-to-use tool that increases visibility and accountability of all pneumatic tube system transactions. High-value medications, specimens and blood products can be tracked from sender to receiver. Carriers sent to the wrong destination because of user error can be tracked instantly from a Tracker PDA or a networked PC and quickly rerouted to reduce product loss and ensure timely patient care. Optional PDA alert messages offer staff time to react to errors quickly.
